Updating Your Chapter’s Advisor(s)

Advisor Update Form

All advisors within the sorority and fraternity life community (IFC, MGC, NPHC, and NPC) should be documented through this form. All chapters are required to have at least one primary chapter advisor. For all other advisors (chapter advisors and housing corporations), please complete the form as many times as needed to update all advisors on an annual basis on August 1 of each year. Questions?
