Meeting in the Middle

Meet in the Middle Through meaningful conversations and collaborative siblinghood, establishing Meeting in the Middle, will foster the opportunity for UTK sorority and fraternity life members to learn how to integrate group dynamics that foster a diverse and inclusive culture of care and respect.

Meeting in the Middle Goals

Are you interested in developing relationships and partnerships with members from all four councils?  Are you interested in furthering the conversations regarding diversity, equity, and inclusion within our sorority and fraternity community?  If so, participating in Meeting in the Middle is the perfect opportunity for you!  Selected members of all four councils will meet five times during the semester to learn about each of the four councils and how to best create relationships that support one another.  Applications for participating in Meeting in the Middle will open on August 21st and will close September 13th!  For questions or more information, please contact Jennifer Pierce Thomas.
