Exciting Times for Alpha Delta Pi

Programming: ADPi hosted a Risk Management and Wellness Educational Program with their 2017 Homecoming partners, Kappa Sigma Fraternity on February 13, 2017. Rebecca Juarez, Wellness Educator, from The University of Tennessee Center for Health Education and Wellness came to presented a risk management and wellness presentation regarding alcohol, drugs and overall health.
Awards: Our Chapter Adviser, Ellen Liston, won Adviser of the Year for Pan at the Greek Awards Banquet on February 8, 2017. Ellen was a member of Alpha Delta Pi (Alpha Kappa Chapter-University of Tennessee), and has been our
Adviser for over 20 years. We love her so much and are so blessed to have her constant love and support!  At Alpha Delta Pi’s District II District Leadership Conference, January 27-29th, the UT chapter was recognized with Excellence in Philanthropy, Finance, Scholarship and Membership Education. They were also recognized on that national level for having the highest Pan GPA for the Spring 2016 semester on our campus.
Sisterhood Event: Yesterday, Sunday, February 26, 2017, the women of Alpha Delta Pi had a sisterhood event at the House where Chelsea’s Grilled Cheese Food Truck came to the house all afternoon. There was a milk, ice cream and a cookie bar inside, and Alum were encouraged to attend as well. They had music playing, a photo booth hooked up to the truck and a geotag  made for the event! ADPi’s, Martha Higgs and Margo Macey work for Chelsea’s Good Truck and made the delicious grilled cheese for their sisters. This event was coordinated by Alpha Delta Pi’s sisterhood chair, Abby Atkins. It was such a hit!!
