Sigma Alpha Pupsilon

On Saturday March 25th the men of Sigma Alpha Epsilon and the women of Alpha Omicron Pi joined together to put on a Philanthropy event with the humane society called “Sigma Alpha Pupsilon” at the SAE house. The Humane Society generously donated seven dogs for the event and with the help of friends the group was able to accumulate around twenty dogs in total. They sold tickets for $5 and custom made T shirts for $20. There was also had a raffle at the event for other great prizes. The goal of the event was for people to come and interact with the dogs and enjoy the live music and food provided. Over 300 students and members of the Knoxville community were in attendance. The event was able to raise $7,388 to be donated to the Humane Society and helped to find the dogs in attendance new homes. It was a great success!
